I ordered my two items and paid with my credit card. It took over 3 weeks for it to arrive. I called everyday for 10 days and they refused to answer the phone or return my call. When I finally received my order (in two pieces) one was shipped through the mail, the other UPS. One item was completely wrong and did not fit what it was ordered for. I am in the process of sending back the item. What are the chances that I will get a refund? Or even hear from them?
