I called 1-800-altovis on Friday April 17. After an endless sales pitch,I told this person I am interested in the free sample only. He mentioned that I could get a 3n months supply for $65 + s/h. I then said that wasn’t a bad price, but wanted the free sample only. nSince I had to cut the very long call short, I called back a little later to make sure the salesperson understood that I wanted the free sample only! nThe person I spoke with said that the request had not reached the order section and call back the next day. When I called back the next day they told me that the order had already gone out. nThe following Monday my account was charged $69.50. When I called and asked to be reimbursed, they said they needed the product back before reimbursement could take place.
