I ordered a tree on the 16 of April and they billed my credit card on the 20th. I called on the 30th and was told that it would go out tomorrow. I ask that the order be canceled. I was put on hold when the same person came back on and said that it was shipping out as we spoke. I ask that a conformation number be e-mailed to me to verify. The next day I called, Todd told me that I misunderstood, it would go out yesterday or today. I again stated that I wanted the order cancelled and my money refunded. was put on hold. When he returned to the phone He told me that it did go out on yesterday, I confronted Todd about UPS not having a record of the number. I was told UPS did not pick it up until 10:00 PM. and that UPS had not scanned it in yet. I checked the tracking number and still no record. Called UPS and was told that a 10:00 PM pick up was highly unlikely. By 7:00 that day UPS showed a legit number leaving TYTY and that time. On the day it was to be delivered, It did not show up to the shipping address I had requested. they sent it to my billing address. So now my Tree that should have shown up in the morning will be bouncing around the truck on a 90 day, although it was more than likely dead before it left the nursery. BTW the first order was DOA last year. Was not going to wait 9 more months to get the tree planted. Never ever order from this company. They lie and cheat to make a buck and produce porno like adds for their dead plants.
