After receiving a broken Lateral Thigh Trainer from the mail, I called the customer service hotline and reported the situation. After being on hold for nearly 20 minutes, they asked me if I had internet access and suggested that next time it’ll be easier to get a hold of them there. I was told that a “return label”” was going to mailed to me and a replacement will be sent after they receive the broken product. n3 weeks later

I still don’t have the “”return label””. I then e-mailed them since they said it was easier to get a hold of them there

but again no response after so many e-mails. This company does not know what “”customer service”” means. I finally received the “”return label”” and immediately shipped the product and 4 weeks later

forget the stupid replacement! I just want my money back now! I made several calls to request for a refund and not surprisingly
