beware! this neighborhood is mostly addicts and loud noisy and obnocktious thieves and people that burglarize your home. i had purchased a mobile home from this guy that failed to mention a few key points in the matter that if i had known i would not have spent my money and time and energy into if i was to get stuck with the previous owners insane amount of back rent on the lot right after i just spent money purchasing it and getting the materials that i have already don to remodel and repair the home, and have to call the police on the revious owner cause he was tresspassing and wouldnt leave and had stolen an a/c unit that was in my newly owned home, have to deal with the people he had sent to break into my home and steal whatever was left that is technically leagally mine after purchasing it. i also get stuck with a notice to vacated stuck onto my trailer door 2 days after the date of delivery that is printed on it to vacate in 7 days stating that i now owe the previous owners rental balance of over 1,400$ and i had spent maybe a total amount of 1000.00 of materials ontop of what i paid for the trailer, and this is all after i had made a verbal agreement already with the supervisor “ed””
which no one in the parks even knew or probably still doesnt know who the new owners/managers really are the prvious park manager didnt even know who to give the rent money to for like two months.. Also
i am pretty sure that no one still doesnt know who owns thatpark and its hard to get ahold of anyone on the number listed and the afterhours number oh
if you leave a message i’ll be surprised if they’ll even call you back. I been trying for sometime now its a hassel stressful and wrong to stick me with more dept than i paid on the trailerand the guy i bought it from get away scott free and i’m out with his bad credit and get ripped off for over a 100 g’s ontop of that the trailer is worth way more than that bill i’m being f’d with. plus i found out that the guys girlfriend had paid two of the months im being charged for and has the reciepts and has been brought to their attention and still got a 1400 dollar bill when the rent is 267 a month on the lot doesnt add up and is messed up..”
