We purchased a coffee table from The Interior Gallery online. After opening the box, we discovered that it was damaged. We immediately contacted The Interior Gallery requesting a new tabletop or a refund. They refused to do anything because we did not discover the damage in front of the delivery company. No one ever said that we needed to inspect the product in front of the delivery company plus it took an hour to unpack the boxes so this policy is absurd. They use this policy to sidestep any responsibility for their products. This is an unethical business that won’t stand behind their products!
