Our furniture was picked up in May and sold in May. Their contract states that a check will be sent out the last day of the following month and we should have received a check the first week of July. When we didn’t we tried to contact them. We were not allowed to speak to anyone on the phone and made to send an email. After 5 days we got a responce that basically said “We are useing your money for our operating expenses and you’ll have to wait””. It wasn’t worded that way but it should have been. Had I know I would have sold it myself. I really don’t care what your company’s financial position is because I live in the same economy and need my money. nDavenPhoenix
