Vice pres of hoa providing us with a letter stating as of feb 20th we were not approved to be in the apt. We don’t have access to pool, mailbox key and vehicle is not registered with hoa and can be towed at anytime at owners expense.Thursday 5thwhen we signed leased found out that she was behind 10 months on hoa fees.Friday 13thMoved in 1092 dollars 12 was from 50 dollar notary feeSunday 15asked about mail key from the maintenance man.Told her about the broken washing machine an dishwasher(19th) When the maintenance person arrived it was not an official maintenance person. And used my house tools when his butter knife was not enough to complete job. First day I asked for money back over the phone she stated that I had an attitude that she would take that as harassment if it happen again and would file a non compliance suit. she stated that I would need to hire representation to get my money back. Contacted sheriffs right after and filed a report. Advised by them to contact civil division.Monday 16thFpl issueHoa advised we had no rights to the mail key due to not being approved to be on the property due to back hoa fees, plays as landlord and property manager and denies being owner.Contacted landlord she stated we should not be dealing with hoa to deal with her.Maintenance is not open and she had 72hrs to get someone here.Tuesday 17thAhmed about Mail key again landlord told us to get the mail man to leave the front door to open so that she could rekey it.Wednesday 18thTold her that mail man stated he only had key to back of box that opens rear panel not to each door.Sunday 22th the manager and the landlord and the unofficial came in to look at washer again stated that it was the pump for the second time and that they could not fix and a real appliance tech would be there tomorrow. Also discover that we had rats that morning and we advised them of our new issue.False adTrulia, hot pad, zillowStates we have access to pool. No pool, States 1100sq ft really 905sq ft,. States brand new carpet and appliances nothing is new!!!
