I recently signed up for the VIP account. I paid 60.00 to sign up and 11 a month which sounded like a good idea. On Jan. 30 my credit card on file with them was stolen and I notified them of the problem Jason (the store manager) told me all I needed to do was change the CC information to the new card. I did, a week later I go to tan and my account is frozen. They put a $35 return check fee on my account because my card was declined. NO DUH!! I told them it would be-stolen cards usually do not go thru. Jason refused to take off the fee stating it was a valid fee and no matter the reason the card was returned it was my fault. HOW IS A STOLEN CARD MY FAULT!!!! They are in business to rip you off, BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. nMelissanWesterville, OhioU.S.A.
