STAY AWAY!!! Will take your money and run! As the other reviews on Yelp, ripoffscams and BBB reflect, this is a very old company that had a very good reputation but the current owner has run it into the ground by taking people’s money and then delivering only excuses for months on end. (He openly says “I’m on the way out””). NEVER PAY A DIME UP FRONT!!! He refunded just the deposit but the CHECK BOUNCED!!! I have never posted an online complaint in my life but felt obliged to do so in this case even though I doubt this company could possibly be in business much longer. I called them to replace the old sump pump and pipes with a hot water sump pump that I would be buying to prevent the issue from happening again. Mike was very quick to come over (he claimed to be in the neighborhood). He quoted me a great price on the pump if I ordered it through him instead of on Amazon as I had planned.
