I purchased a Gourmet Standard 10″ Saute Pan w/Lid (Item # AS11114) on 8 January 2009 from Stranraer Ltd. It was an online purchase for which I used my credit card. The cost of the item was $99.99 plus $1.00 shipping. nI immediately received email notification that same day confirming my purchase and that the item would be shipped in two to five business days. nAfter waiting two weeks and never receiving shipping confirmation I emailed Stranraer Ltd using the email address in the confirmation notification. I received no reply. At that time I thought the order had never been processed. nI received my credit card statement three days ago on 10 February 2009. It contained a charge of $100.99 from Stranraer Ltd posted on the date the purchase was made. I immediately called and emailed Stranraer Ltd. I waited 24 hours and repeated the contact attempts. Each inquiry requested status regarding the purchase that I had made the month earlier. I have received no reply from Stranraer Ltd
of any sort
to date. I am still waiting. nI have also contacted my credit card company today who is pursuing a refund. nPaulnDenver
