Springs Apartments, Riverview, FL/ Janene Brill Riverview Florida Review

When we first moved in, we were on a 3-month lease. Then, we were on a month to month lease. Every month we went to the office to get a quote, the rent would change dramatically (ex. one month it went from $1200 a month to $1700 a month). Then, we were told it is not $1700 a month, it is $1200 a month. They had us sign the month to month lease for August in June, so I called and inquired why we are signing the lease for August not July. We were advised “you don’t have to re-sign the July lease

we will just replace the 1st page without your signature for July and attach your signature page to it””. In the mean time

I am thinking to myself “”isn’t that illegal””?The carpet was not replaced when we moved in. However upon moving out (after staying at the apartment for about 6 months)

we were charged a carpet replacing fee

some garage fee
