I first called Sleepy’s on May 5, 2015, about problems with a mattress from Sleepy’s that is under warranty. I got a case # and a service ticket number, and was told that I would receive a packet in the mail foe self-inspection of the mattress. The packet never came. When I called again, I was given a second number to call, and was told that I would get expedited service. Still, no packet. I have posted 3 times on Sleepy’s Facebook page; still no service. The mattress cost around $2,000.
