Joshua & Hannah are frauds – plain and simple. My mother and I placed an order with them in January 2013 and paid cash (item cost + shipping). They took the order (and money) and promised that the item would be shipped within two weeks, which seemed reasonable. Six weeks later the item was still not delivered. After multiple conversations with Hannah via phone she explained that they were busy b/c of trade shows and would get to it when they had a chance. UNACCEPTABLE. Unfortunately it gets worse. After calling and leaving voice mails for the past six months Hannah and Joshua have not returned a single message and the item has still not been shipped. BUYER BEWARE – They will take your money and stop communicating with you.
