Service Professionals New Jersey Review

I called Service Professionals to repair my heating furnace. The man who showed up said I needed a whole new furnace and central air conditioning compressor, the cost would be about $10,000. I told him forget it. He then said he could get my furnace running for $1,200. I asked him to price out the time and parts. He said the furnace needed a new blower motor and the cost of the unit was $736.00, he then showed me a price book showing his ‘price’ for the new motor. I was desparate to have my home heating fixed sice it wa 10 degrees outside and I had small children in my home. I told him to repair the unit. Three weeeks later the system broke down again. This time I had two other HVAC companies check out my furnace. I learned that the blower motor was $175.00 his cost and the total repair should have been about $500.00. Also, my furnace and AC were in fine shape and did not need to be replaced anytime soon. In addition, they charged me for a part they never replaced. This company found a desparate home owner, stuck in the middle of winter with small children in his home and with no heat. They preyed on that, jacked up the price, tried to sell a $10,000 replacement that wasn’t necessary and grossly misrepresented the costs involved in repairing my heating system. These people are crooks! Stay away from them.
