auto match usa Riverside CA. Liar, False Advertising, Inflated pricing, bad used cars Riverside California!!. What a torturous buying experience for me in the last few weeks. All was well in the beginning, but then it took them two weeks to deliver. The car was located 15 miles from me. I don’t get how it took so long. But hey, the car is finally here so I was gonna enjoy the ride, but then that’s when the trouble begins. Long story here.Upon delivery, there were multiple ugly markings and writings on the car that can’t be wiped off because the clear coat is damaged by whatever chemical their detail guys used to write on the car. Very visible under daylight. The delivery guy called in and they promise me 200 bucks to fix the paint. I figure oh well, just a trip to the body shop. On top of that, the color of bow they put on the hood was wrong. But I didn’t say anything cuz it isn’t important. But shows they are not paying attention to detail. I accepted the delivery and off to go to work. Came home from work and I had time to test the car. Immediately I found a few problems. 1. The AC is cold on one side, warmer on the other side. AC fan motor making annoying hissing noise at lower speed.2. The engine rattles on start and off. Occasionally rocking the car left and right like a strong wind hit the car. 3. The headlight lens is damaged. Not in their report.4. A piece of windshield trim is bent upward. Not in their report. 5. Dirty steering wheel. They don’t clean your interior they just wipe some oil on it to make it look nicer that’s all. The back of the driver seat has juice splatters. So I emailed them about my findings. They told me to take the car to a shop and they gonna reimburse the diagnostic fee. But the bent windshield trim and damaged lens? Normal wear and tear they said. They didn’t have them in the inspection report but I have to deal with it.So the shop came back with some quotes. Brake fluid failed test (passed in their report). Low level of freon and they need to further exam the AC motor. Bad spark plugs are causing misfires in the engine. Control arm bushing deteriorated(@39k miles). Steering wheel not centering(passed in their report). So I’m basically looking at couple G of repairs right after buying the car. Emailed them about it. Nope, besides a freon refill and wheels alignment, they told me I have to foot the bill for the rest. So buyer beware, their “peace of mind” warranty will likely cover only when your engine or transmission break down because everything else is probably “wear and tear” in their dictionary. While I exchanged emails withauto match usa on the above issues and debated who should be responsible to take care of the problems. New problems were discovered after I spent a few more days with the car.1. Transmission “thud” when shifting between P, R, D. Transmission jerks into or outta 1st gear when coasting or applying light throttle.2. Abnormal metal ticking noise coming from under the engine when accelerating.3. Rear reflector fell off by just touching it. Broken bracket and it was taped there for a long time.4. Rattling noise in the AC vent and from the trunk. So I emailed, and they sent a guy to check everything out. The guy came and I showed him the problems. The guy told me the transmission and AC symptoms are just “the way it is with BMW”. I have had many cars before and my best friend has a brand new BMW. We don’t believe the symptoms are normal and a BMW trait. But obviously the guy was more invested in convincing me that I’m wrong and save some repair cost. But he did however find the engine noise abnormal. So I was offered again with a freon refill and they were going to take the car for diagnosis. At this point when I return the car, my credit is already affected/lowered by the loan and I will be carless again. Time and energy wasted as well. Very frustrating experience over all
