Agatanor Agatanor trucking, Mark Lugaric, Ivan Pavlov earned wages unpaid Des Plains IL, WI!!. I am a 25 years experienced dispatcher – there were no cell phones nor GPS when a started so I know how do everything by elbow grease alone – today the work is easy. Started working for Agatanor trucking June 1, 2019 – as a Spanish speaking dispatcher, gradually, my fleet kept being depleted. To show good faith and dependability I worked every single holiday, Saturdays and Sundays (4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years Eve and Day too). Typical hours about 13 to 14 per day. On account of the above I asked for a paid 7 day leave since my math showed massive unpaid overtime. This not only resulted in being fired, but also unpaid for the last week of work (February 8, 2018). I don’t think there is anything more debasing usurious and unfair than stealing from a person who is paid $700/week. My work was practically forced charity work – like it or not. About May 2nd, or thereabouts I after repeated asking for my pay, I get the nebulous answer that on Dec. 31, 2019 there was an error on a load I booked on which company allegedly lost over $2,000.00 – So what? In every business you win some you lose some. They never mentioned loads I booked at $7/mile where the company made three times the common profit margin – am I to rewarded for those, if my measly $700 week’s pay is docked on account of a badly delayed complaint by the broker? What about cargo insurance? Does this company have any type of insurance to protect itself against losses of all kinds (liability and cargo)? How can any dispatcher know if the company is compltely legitimate or not? If they did have complete insurance then docking my $700.00 is outright theft and I shall contact all the brokers that I worked with who gave me their trust to represent this establishment. That way all the brokers will see (or take another look, into the proper registration, mandatory insurance and be more reluctant to assign their freight to questionable carriers like Agatanor trucking. In addition to my docked $700.00 weeks pay, I now ask for the calculated two full weeks overtime and holiday work at the same rate (not time and a half as it is common – but same pay scale) since my added hours and holiday work constitute 2 weeks ($1400.00) plus the $700.00 docked pay.
