We purchased a new set of Samsung appliances from Home Depot and within a very short time we realized that the dishwasher was not working properly. Not only was the dishwasher not cleaning very well but it would redestribute tiny food particles over the entire load of dishes. We tried different soaps and loading methods with no improvement. Finally we called HD and since we were within the mfg warranty we were forwarded to Samsung. After describing the problem Samsung scheduled a service call. When the tech whent over the machine he could find no cause but adjusted the drain thinking that maybe stuff was coming up the drain hose. The problem persisted so we called HD and again were forwarded to Sansung who could find no record of the first call but said that since I’d installed the dishwasher myself we’d have to have the installation inspected by a certified installer before they would do anything. I called HD back and they called Samsung to arrange for service. The second tech could find no cause and reported that the machine was working properly. The problem still persisting we called Samsung again and were told that since the dishwasher was reported working properly there is nothing more they can do. We emailed Samsung requesting further help and received no reply, we mailed a letter to Samsung requesting help and notifying them we would pursue civil action and received no reply. So now I need to figure out how to sue Samsung.
