We purchased a Samsung Refrigerator with french doors and paid $1,194.00. The first year we had it water accumulated in the crispers. It was under warranty so I called to get service. They sent a repairman and it was supposedly fixed. The next year when it was out of warranty the same thing happened. Samsung sent another repair person out and it was “fixed”” but in about a month the same thing happened. Again

etc. It happened for the fourth time and I argued with Customer Service for the 4th time. I was told my case would be reviewed and they would try to make an accomodation. But I just got the runaround and when I pushed the Rep. she admitted they were not going to do anything. I feel this was a manufacturers defect from the beginning. I spent hours
and I mean literally
trying to resolve this. We used to love Samsung products but will never buy from them again. They do not stand behind their products!!!!!”
