I purchased a replacement salt cell for our pool on June 20, 2018. It was installed but did not work. Emailed several times but got no response. Called and left several voice messages, but no response. Sent faulty salt cell back by priority mail on July 31, 2018. It was received by them in their Northbook, IL location on August 3, 2018. Have called many times since then leaving messages on all their phones requesting refund. No reply. No response to either email or phone messages. They are holding my $278.00 paid to them through PayPal.
