RPM Rincon Tucson Arizona Review

If I could give a lower score than this, I would. Our negative experiences with RPM Rincon started while we were signing the lease. Unfortunately, we were in a tight spot and needed to find a place quickly. I’ll outline all of the problems we’ve experienced below:1. They charge a $250 “advertising fee”” that is due alongside your first month’s rent and deposit. 2. Our rent is not the amount advertised. Our rent was marketed as $600. Instead

we have to pay an additional $12 a month for a “”processing fee.””3. I filed a report about an abandoned car on the property. Their solution was to send an eviction notice to everyone living on the property

including myself. The CSR blamed the “”poorly worded”” email on her secretary. The car is still here.4. Our heating unit was not working properly

so I filed a maintenance request. The people they sent out stripped the entire unit

stealing all the parts. Since then
