Rosebrook Pools offers a warranty on new pools as long as they service your pool. The problem is they fired me as a customer so they would not have to honor the warranty. Now I have cracks and lose tile in my poo that must be fixed. The pool is only 9 years old. Buyer beware of Rosebrook.
