We moved in to this property in August, first off the company wouldn’t show us the house until we payed the deposit, holding fee and first months rent. The first couple of months went smoothly paying online, then I made a payment after the 3rd day online that was declined due to a shortage of funds in my account so I was told I could no longer make payments online, I said it was ok so I mailed a money order to the Alpharetta location which was processed ok along with other charges for late fees and a return check fee. The next month I pay rent on time with a money order and usps says it was dilivered on the 2nd of February so I assumed they received the money order which was dumb on my part. On the 7th of February I received an email stating they received my payment but for future payment it needs to be sent to Arizona. I can’t get in touch with any one through email, phone and I get the run around from corporate saying I need to deal with my local office. I have recently received a email saying they will proceed with legal action if I do not pay soon. I have no clue where my payment is and I’m about to be on the street with my kids. Someone please help!
