I bought candles in early December, they didn’t ship until late December. They didn’t come individually boxed – one candle came broken. I tried to email customer service and the email cannot be delivered because it took too long on their email’s end. I’d like for my broken candle to be replaced or to get a refund for it. If you go on their Facebook page they seem to have skipped town – so many people are angry, have damaged product, missing orders, etc and the company will not respond.
