I have continuously been billed and received phone calls from Robin a representative of Allied Interstate. After several months of calling this company I finally spoke with Robin, who could not tell me what I was being billed for and stated that she did not have a contact person with UPS to verify what the charges of $51 were for. I contact UPS several times and was told that they had not sent any charges to this company for collections. The UPS agent and I tried to contact Robin for several weeks to resolve this issue but could not get in touch with Robin. After leaving several messages; Robin finally called me 3 months later. She was very rude and was not willing to contact UPS stating that this was my job. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told that one was not available. I told her that I would hold until one became available and was placed on hold for more than a hour. This was the worse customer service I’ve ever recieved. When I threatened to contact my lawyer; Robin burst out laughing. This company should be under investigation for fraud if not already.
