My wife and I contacted Owens Corning about their Sun Suite Sun Rooms. A sales representative came to our home. It was the most uncomfortable presentation we have ever experienced. He told us upfront that he would need at least 3-4 hours of our time for his pitch. nThe presentation was misleading and unethical, and I say this as someone with a lot of prior sales experience. His initial price was outrageous. After another half hour of pitching his product he came down about 20%, which was still an outrageous price, and said the price was only good for that day. nAfter researching the facts and figures he gave us I have easily concluded that Owens Corning uses an extremely unethical sales method that makes car dealers look benign in comparison.
