Oren Elbaz DALLAS Texas Review

We leased a home from Shai Solomon who claimed to be “Solomon Home””. He was the property manager for his client

Oren Elbaz. After giving the 4700 deposit and signing the lease the nightmare began. We found out

both landlord and property manager (who is a realtor in texas) live in ISREAL. They do not live in the US. They are friends and work together. The entire time we lived at the house they refused to pay for anything that needed fixing or replacing. We went June – Aug with no sprinkler system becuase they would not pay for it to be fixed. We new that when we moved we would have a hard time getting the deposit back because they lived out of the country… we were right. They lied about damages and about the cost of “”repairs””. They were not aware that I had made friends with the “”handyman”” they were using and he gave me the EXACT copy of the invoice he gave them to paint

clean and do a few other things after we moved out. It was 800$. Shai emailed me his own version of this and said that it cost him 3000 to have it done. It was word for word what the handyman sent me

but Shai upped the prices of everything. Said it was 1100 to paint two walls… the handyman charged 150. I can go on and on. I can also provide all the proof that you need. We have spoken to a few lawyers and are finding out we are not the first that they have done this to. I HOPE WE ARE THE LAST! They have a couple rent homes in Plano
