I wish I would have checked into this company before I placed my order and I also wish I would have done a search on this company and found and read these complaints before I made my purchase. I placed my order in November of 2009 and never received any contact (e-mails or return calls) from this company regarding my order. I made several calls as I had started to have doubts about the company and had decided to cancel the order and I also sent e-mails as well through December and into the first part of January to cancel the order and again was never contacted. I received an e-mail January 12 telling me that the order had shipped. I called the company right away and was told that they would stop shipment and send me a confirmation e-mail in 3-5 days confirming my cancellation of the order. No e-mail has arrived and January 13 (the day after my call to the company) I was charged for the order ($298). I again called the company and was told there was no record of my call and that I would have to call FED EX to refuse the order. I called FED EX and was told that only One Way Furniture could do this and that I would have to tell the FED EX driver that I refuse the order when it is delivered. I am very concerned that I will never receive credit for my order. I have called my bank and will have to fill out paper work to dispute the charges. I would recommend that if you are considering making a purchase from this company that you definitely do not do business with them. I wish I would have never placed that order.
