The Home warranty company sent them out. They repaired the broken part, then suggested a pricy non-warranty part that would “extend the life os the system.”” While checking the freon level…the valve was left off and a few days later we had no A/C. They want us to wait 2 days before they will send someone out to repair their mistake. I explained that I have an elderly mother living in the house and a disabled person
too. This is unacceptable. This is a quick repair…that I now have to pay a reputable company to provide. I will be suing them for reimbursement.”
