NJ Helpers Moving Service Hackensack New Jersey Review

First of all Ricky is a scammer!!! We called him to get a quote and took pictures of all the things they will be moving to our storage. I sent him the pictures and he said ok you will be paying this amount. ok no problem. The problems didn’t started there, but when we called them a week after to move our furniture from the storage to our new place. When our furnitures arrived here, which are all 4 months old . The $400 coffee table is broken, $750 dining table scratches all over it, $1850 sectional hole on the back and dirty, my daughters barbie house is broken and so on. We called him about the problems and he had the guts to charge us more and he said is that what happened to our furnitures is not his fault but it’s ours. He kept calling me non stop to pay him more money and he keeps harrassing me which is we end up doing paying him more money so he wont harrassed me anymore. By the way he was late for 2 hours and no apology but he’s making it our fault. He’s not taking responsibility for what his employees did to our furnitures. Beware don’t hire this company. He will tell you one thing but when he knows that you have no choice but to hire him, he will try to get more money from you.
