i ordered these patches and tried them – first of all they do not work and secondly – i had a mild reaction to them – redness and itching at site where they were applied. i returned them in january 2005 – i have a copy of the postal delivery comfirmation and they received them on 1/21/05. nEverytime i call them they tell me “it is being processed and will take 15-20 business days. it is now well over 20 days and they have not refunded my money ($153). i am definetly getting the run around from these people and need my money back but do not know what to do. please help. thank you! nNancynJACKSONVILLE
