I purchased a Morgan above ground Spa 2010 – has 40 year warranty and 6 year warranty on all working parts, all equipment and all electrical controls as well as labor. Spa quit running about 6 weeks ago – called for a repairman it took two weeks for him to get here and said needed part but do not call Morgan to get the part as they cannot pay their bills and so if they ordered the part it would be months – so I ordered the part and paid for the part and had in two days – called again for a repairman to come and install the part – they said it would be another two weeks before he could get here. He was to come tomorrow so I called today to get the time and they said he quit, can’t blame him as last time he was here he said his paycheck bounced. They are going under and cannot pay their creditors or employees. Now I am stuck with a part I do not know how to install an a warranty that will never be any good. Freeze weather is coming anyday and no way now to protect the rest of the inside equipment to keep from further damage. Can’t seem to find any local repairmen in the area on the web and ran across this Ripoff Scams from someone else about Morgan. Will be contacting BBB and definitely an attorney if any further damage is done. So to let you all know they are going under fast.
