I called wolves hvac mechanical to come out and look at my gas fired heater cause it was blowing cold air. They came out and checked it and I was told it was an igniter and that they would order it and it would cost 139.89 and that it would be oem and another 165.00 for labor I told the guy ok get the part and come back tomorrow and he did but when he showed up he didn’t have the oem part it was a universal igniter and saidIit would work fine so told him to put it in and it did work then I begin to pay him and he doesn’t have any recepts with him so he had to come back again to give it to me. While im wait for him to ccome back I check online to see what the part costs and I see that it only cost 20 bucks. So the guy came back and i told him I found the same part for 20 bucks he said that I would have to call the co and I did the next day and they said thats what it cost for the oem part and I had to remind then that it was just a 20 universal igniter and the lady said theres nothing they could do. So basically they ripped me off by overcharging me seven times what the part actually cost. I recommend that no one do business with this company they are scammers and will lie to you and rip you off
