Mack Relocation Chesapeake Virginia Review

On November 9th 2009, Mack relocation services picked up my household items from Grand Prarie, TX to Kissimmee, Florida. My items are mainly a mattress/box, my desk top computer, a 52 inc. TV with, a small computer desk with a computer chair and about 75-80 small boxes, 2 canister. They contacted me on November the 13, 2009, requesting more money $456.32. As per the binding estimate, I was supposed to give them $375.00 at delivery. They claim that the estimated weight they gave me is more. NOTE: The time my items was weight at the scale was 13.42, but the movers let my apartment at 14:00. (I have proof of time the weight was done and the time the movers left.) However, Mr. Jim Mack who is holding my household refuse to return any of my call. Also Budget Van Line who is the “broker”” refuse to return or acknowledge my e-mail. As per DOT

they advise me to give Mack relocation 10% of the binding estimate or non-binding estimate and by law

mack relocation is suppose to deliver my household good to the designated area

which is Kissimmee
