I ordered a showerhead from Luxury Online which specializes in high pressure showerheads. The showerhead was defective, in that the head would not pivot or move at all – it had become frozen. Otherwise it worked fine.After sending back the product per their instructions and asking for a replacement only, the company would not answer any e-mails. After contacting my Visa personnel, they said that through the company’s bank that they had never received the showerhead (Visa could not contact the company directly). I had sent the product via US post office, with no tracking number (big mistake). Luxury Online does not list any telephone number, and only a PO box (red flag).After several months of working through Visa, Luxury Online’s bank apparently told Visa that they would credit the showerhead. Never got any response from the company, except one e-mail stating that they worked with a skeleton crew during the summer time. Very frustrating. If I had not paid with a credit card, I probably would have had no recourse.
