Landeros Furniture Beaumont California Review

About 3 years ago I purchased kitchen table set with 4 stool/ chairs . First of all the delivery time was changed on me 3 times . They wouldn’t show up or they would call and reschedule the delivery . Huge inconvenience , leaving work early to come home and wait on this delivery , and get nothing , and get the run around with their pity excuses and lies . Finally it gets delivered the delivery guys put it together . Within a couple of weeks the legs on one of the chairs came loose . I didn’t want to even deal with Landeros so I had my dad come over to see if he could tighten the screw on the chair leg . The screw was stripped . So it wouldn’t tighten . After that within a few months the other chair legs including the table legs became loose to where i was scared my table was going to collapse while sitting at it eating . I decided to call Landeros . Totally dreading it , but I called . They told me their was nothing they could do for me except mail me new screws from their wharehouse . After waiting a good month the screws finally came in the mail. Once again I called my dad to come over to see if he could fix the table and chairs . Low and behold they mailed me the wrong screws !!! My dad went to Home Depot got new screws and wood glue . He wasn’t able to fix it . And my dad is pretty good at repairs . So after all of that I basically gave up and just dealt with the damaged table and unbalanced wobbly chairs . Now 3 years later I end up walking into the store to take a quick look at new kitchen tables . I know stupid on my part. I ended up finding a table I liked and also I ended up finding a new couch love seat and 2 end tables . I financed them. Put money down . And then get told they don’t have the kitchen table or couch set in stock and it would be ordered and delivered . And the delivery would take 3 weeks . I said ok fine , that’s not too bad. It ended up being 6 weeks later the furniture came in. And who knows how long it had been at the store , I never received a phone call. After having such a bad experience with their delivery , I decided I would pick up the furniture myself . I go with my brother in his truck drive to the Back of the store where you pick up , and bring the guy my invoice , he took forever couldn’t find my order , finally he comes out of the back with my order loads it into my brothers truck , we get home and it was the correct table but they gave me 6 chairs when it was only suppose to come with 4 , the table was wood and once opening it out of the box there’s a nice big scratch on the table. I couldn’t even tell you how pist I was !!! By then the store was closed I couldn’t call , so my brother and I unwrapped my couch and love seat we also put the 2 end tables together that came with the couches . I couldn’t even believe it . The material on the couch was not like the one on the display couch in the store . It was thin and patchy looking. And almost see through in some spots of the couch like old worn out material . The seam on the right arm of the couch was coming apart and their was a hole in one of the pillows where the cover zips . I went into Landeros the next morning and told the guy who financed me . He looked at me like I was crazy when I told him all the issues . Then told me since I picked up the furniture myself any damages on the furniture they were not responsible for . Then I asked what about my warranty I purchased for the table and the couch ?? He ended up coming out to my house and taking pictures on his cell phone of the damages on my furniture and he said he would get back to me . After 2 weeks no phone call so I went into the store once again just livid …. They ended up telling me I had to bring all the furniture back to the store so they could send it back to the original wharehouse. For repair . I said absolutely not . I told them to come pick it up , he told me they would not pick it up . I had to bring it back . At this point I’m so mentally drained from all of this weeks and weeks of hassle . I said just give me new seat covers for the cushions . I’ll keep the couch . And forget about the scratch on the table . So the idiots supposedly put a order in for the seat covers on the couch . The sales guy said it won’t take long I’ll call you as soon as they come in…. Once again 2 weeks pass I go into the store and no seat covers … I couldn’t help it but I was so pist off I started crying out of frustration and this lady comes out and says oh your seat covers did come in ! I felt some sort of relief , I take the box home , get home open the box and the idiots ordered the wrong cushion covers !!! I called them and said this is a nightmare !! What is wrong with you people !! They honestly had nothing to say . The sales guy sounded dumb founded on the phone and said he would reorder the new seat covers and make sure they get here fast . Well it’s been over 3 weeks and still nothing . I do not want these couches I feel I 100% deserve my money back I do not ever want to see these people or talk to them ever again . The stress hassle and time they have wasted is insane . These people are crooks .
