Ever since PUR was purchased by Kaz, actual customer servicenhas been replaced by a series of broken promises and general lack of product support. n7 different phone calls to various representaives throughout the montn of December 2012 led to series of promises that were never kept and scolding me that they were doing me a favor. nThey used to replace broken faucet filters as courytesy understanding that the real profit is in my continuing to buy the filters, But now I must prove to them, at my expense that the product is defective. After shipping it to them, I waited for three different shopments that never came. It did finally arrive, but PUR is not the same company anymore.
