Although not a customer, I am writing this review to warn you all of Mr. Karl MagenDavid. I walked in on a meeting with him and his partner arguing about their commission. This was extremely tacky and they were attempting to take a much larger cut than proposed originally claiming the client “would never find out.”” From day 1

I had a bad feeling about him and had always wanted to learn more about the industry so I tried to be very active in the process which only irritated him. Mr. MagenDavid uses the fact that he does not have proper knowledge of the real estate industry as an excuse and as a result I went with another broker. Mr. MagenDavid was rude and impolite when I had come to him for assistance to sell my condo. First

he forced me to list my home for a much lower price than I had wanted

claiming the market was bad; then

when I explained that I could not receive less and that I was certain my home was worth much more
