I made an appointment with the Tampa office to get my a/c ducts clean. I was told the technician would be out sometime between 2pm and 6pm and that I would get a 30 minute advance call of when they were on their way. 5:45pm no one had called, so I called the office to find out what happened. The technician got tied up on another job and they were not sure why I was not notified. So I made another appointment for the following week for a slot between 4pm and 8pm. 7:40pm no phone call and no technician, so I called the office, and once again the technician was tied up on another job and they were again not sure why no one called to let me know they were not going to come. I understand how issues arise that you cannot control, but it is the worst customer service to not notify your clients they will miss an appointment. I took 8 hours out of 2 days waiting for this company to show up and if I had not called, I never would have known what was going on, they would have just let the appointment slip by without contacting me They advertise 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed yet I am feeling 0% satisfied with their service and it makes me question the quality of their work as well, though I will luckily never have to find that out as I will not make a 3rd appointment with them. I should have first looked them up on the BBB as they have an F rating!
