Jason R. Price and Gina N. Rodgers, his companion, were ordered by the Hillsborough County Court on February 6, 2009 to be evicted from my home. They began a one-year Lease on August 1, 2008. Be aware of leasing / renting to these individuals as that they only want to pay weekly rent. They will attempt to make you believe they are victims of bad landlords and only have one eviction in their past. nFrom the first week they were in my home, problems arose, including claiming my new refrigerator caused their food to go bad. Later, when not paying the rent, they claimed there was an insidious odor coming from my garbage disposal. After that, they claimed their clothes didn’t dry fast enough in my dryer. If you come to collect the rent in person, you will be assaulted, name-called, ridiculed, etc. nWhen nearing the edge with these folks and after serving a 3-day notice, they will then attempt to apologize and resume paying the rent. Subsequent, the games start up all over again. They will each cry and beg but then refuse to pay the rent or other charges associated with the Lease. Anyone who meets these people need to check the court records first so that their lengthy and serial-type eviction pattern and judgments can be confirmed. nMy eviction is their 9th eviction in a short period of time. Please also check the spelling of Ms. Rodger’s name when reviewing any application (Rodgers vs. Rogers). Mr. Price is a quasi-derelict and has a profane big mouth; they are a mixed couple. It is suspected that drugs are involved. DO NOT RENT TO THESE PEOPLE. I found out too late because I trusted the woman because she has a young son who is a very good kid. nCherylnTampa, FloridaU.S.A.
