Contacted our home warranty company, First American, to report a dishwasher that struggled to start and would not drain. Our claim was assigned to Infinity Appliance Repair. After not hearing from them for several days, we contacted them to schedule an appointment. They did not initially answer the phone, so we left a voicemail. We heard back from them a day later and scheduled an appointment for February 20th. Two “technicians”” came to our home. Opened the dishwasher
tried to start it
then decided we needed a new motor. Said it could take up to 5 business days for the part to come in. Technician said they would call us that evening to let us know if they had the part in stock. Did not hear from them. After 5 business days
we began calling their office to try to schedule a time to have the part installed. They did not answer their phone. The only time we were able to get in contact with them was when they warranty company called them directly. However
even the warranty company had issues getting in touch with them. After we and the warranty company left sereval voicemails and sent numerous emails
