I ordered a Q-Ray bracelet in October. I needed to return it and followed there instructions on their website. All by email, they sent a RA # and I sent it back insured on 11-3-04. I have sent 2 email requesting an update on my return, no response. I call information to get a phone number for their address that they sent me to send back the item. It is a UPS Drop mail center, No physical company there. The 800 ph # on their website is only an answering svc. which they didn’t know anything. They said they only send messages over to them by email. I called the 800 # 11-23-04 So Caution! I am still waiting for my refund, oh and they charge a 20% restocking fee also.
