May 17,2009 I had ordered a coupon organizer from Hannah Direct. The company charged my card for the item so I waited a week to inquire about the shipping. When I requested the tracking information for the item they sent me an email back saying the item had been shipped 5 to 7 days after the order and there was nothing else they could do. I sent another email a week after that stating that the item still hasnt arrived and I would like a refund on the product, to this day I have not heard from them. It has been over a month and only one email was ever received from them with, there was nothing they could do.What a way for them to make some easy cash. There is no phone number on their website or from my billing statement from the charge.
