I paid $3896 for a pool table/dining room combo with eight chairs on 6/17/09 via online payment from my bank, they told me the table would be ready in four months, and the company never provided a table or intended to. I took them to small claims court, flew to Atlanta from Southern California in December 2010, won the judgement, made a police report in Marrietta in Cobb County, contacted the FBI, and sent a letter to the Georgia State’s Attorney. They don’t appear to be in business anymore and from past online complaints did the same thing in Colorado.
