An elderly member of my family saw an infomercial for the GIA Express Cooker. The process got so confusing that she terminated the order or thought she did. The thing showed up and she was billed. We sent it back. She is still being billed. I call and talked to some halfwit in another country. Theyu confirm that they got it back but claim they will still bill $1499 for shipping. All this on something she cancled immediately. When I mentioned this, I was told that the consumer has to wait 24 hours to cancil. That gives the company time to ship! nI have contact the Colorado Attorney General.
