I ordered furniture from Flatfair which totaled $1231.79. Flatfair initially relayed to me that delivery would take place with 1 -2 weeks of the order. When 10 days or so had passed I called to check on the order I was informed that delivery would be during the week of thanksgiving. When this did not happen and I questioned when delivery would take place Flatfair said they contacted the driver and delivery would take place on Monday or Tuesday (November 28th and 29th.). Two days later Flatfair emailed to me the phone number of the delivery driver and instructed me to call him and “request delivery””. I find this totally unacceptable that I would have to track down the driver and beg for delivery of furniture that I have paid for. However I called the driver 5 times and got no answer. I contacted Flatfair again and they assured me they had contacted the driver and he would make the delivery on Monday and Tuesday (November 28th and 29th). On Monday there was no delivery. By Tuesday when I had not heard from the driver I called the delivery company which said there would be no delivery because something had “”come up””. It is obvious I will not be receiving my furniture and I want to inform others about this company.”
