I wish I could give zero stars. So I will just list EVERYTHING wrong with Fath properties (every property)- There were squirrels living in the ceiling for months that weren’t taken care of. They claimed to have set traps, but did nothing about them constantly coming back and just told residents constantly “there are traps set”” and left it at that. – Water damage all over the ceilings. Which they promptly tried to blame on us when we moved out. – Some of the staff were doing things that would allow residents to stay at the apartments for less. Things like telling them it’s okay not to claim a pet on the lease

or that minor damage on a car was acceptable. Then when she left

every tenant that had signed a lease through her had the book thrown at them and management was unwilling to help them out. – Minor
