Eureka Vacuum Company Lacey Washington Review

so. Check this out (cut and paste) regarding the wheels falling off my vacuum. It is now three weeks and several emails later and I have not received one response. They are full of _hit. Their customer service in non existent. Why even waste my time responding to this email when the end result was completely ignoring me. I was very pleasant in my initial request as to how to proceed… but now that I’ve been totally ignored – I am pissed. I will NEVER buy one of their products again. I was completely happy with the product until I was ignored. nAgain – I have NEVER heard back from them after sending them the info to the below email they sent me. nThank you for your email to Eureka Consumer Relations. nBecause the wheels are not replaceable on your machine, we will be happy to assist you further by replacing the bottom nozzle; however, we will need some additional information. nPlease REPLY to this message with the following information: n* Name, Address, and Telephone Number n* Model Number, Type, and Serial Number nWe require this information to send you a replacement part. nWe appreciate your assistance in obtaining this information and look forward to your reply. nSincerely, nMorgan ColdwellnCustomer Service nNotgoingtotakeitnLacey, WashingtonU.S.A.
