so. Check this out (cut and paste) regarding the wheels falling off my vacuum. It is now three weeks and several emails later and I have not received one response. They are full of _hit. Their customer service in non existent. Why even waste my time responding to this email when the end result was completely ignoring me. I was very pleasant in my initial request as to how to proceed… but now that I’ve been totally ignored – I am pissed. I will NEVER buy one of their products again.
