I spoke to Shirley on the 25th nov to cancel my membership since i saw their site says no refunds once product is shipped. SO i cancelled and she told me i would not be charged further and thats that. COme Dec 8, I have a charge on my c/card statement for $69.95 – so i called up and Chante said I would not get a refund coz its their policy once product is shipped. Oh what!! SHe says it was shipped on the 4th dec and i cancelled on the 4th dec. no i did not and i havent recd any shipment. SO i ask for a manager – enter Rober the 2nd shift manager. nHe was kind enough to tell me the same story with a different accent. I reststed my position and he tried once more – i didnt give in so he says we have a no refund policy so all i can give you is $35 back. I told him when it would be posted to my account and he says 72 hours to 30 days. Right!! I told him I want that within 72 hours and that they had a scam going there, he told me its my opinion.
