On August 20,2001 I Telephone an order for Diet ZX. I was told I would receive the product in 4-6 weeks. On September 4, 2001 The company tapped my checking account for $55.60. I called the number on my account statement on September 30, 2001 regarding the product. I was told that I have not yet paid the money and transferred to another customer service number. nWhen I contacted them, they said the product would be shipped on Ocotber 5, 2001. On October 22, 2001, I telephoned them again. They told me The product was scheduled for shipping on October 29, 2001. I telephoned them another time on November 15, 2001. I was told that If I did not receive the product my the end of the week to call and they would re-ship it. After I have not received the product, I called again on November 23, 2001. I waited on line for 1 hour until I could speak with a rep. I told him I wanted my money back. He gave me a confirmation order and said I would receive a refund in 1-2 billing cycles. I asked to speak to a manager. nHe told me there was not one available and that he was new. He was cocky and rude. I insisted on speaking with some one in charge. He then told me they were in a meeting and it would take awhile. Within 15 seconds I spoke with his manager who was even more rude then he was. She told me she was going to terminate my telephone call! She also said that the confirmation number was only my order number and that unless I could prove that the product was paid for that there was nothing they could do. nI will be faxing over verification to them, but in the mean time I told her I was going to contact the BBB, she told me to go ahead, it wasn’t a scam, then hung up on me. Rude business, I will never make this mistake again!!!
